Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FAK MEISSNER tableware, whether you bought it for your own table or as a gift. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Porcelain is fragile. Please pack returned pieces carefully, ideally in their original packaging, so they arrive intact.

Items that arrive broken or damaged

If a piece arrives chipped, cracked or broken, this is handled as a damaged package under our Shipping Policy, and we will resend or refund. Please contact [email protected] within the time stated there. Photos of the item and the packaging help us resolve it faster.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

For gift orders, the refund goes to the person who paid for the order.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
