FAK MEISSNER sells directly to you, without intermediaries, and delivers to your home. This policy explains how we process and ship your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is approved.

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address.

Free shipping on orders over $99.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost at checkout

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay, as part of the full order total. There are no hidden fees added after purchase.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. For gifts, enter the recipient's address.

Lost or damaged packages

Porcelain and tableware are fragile. If your package is lost, or if any piece arrives broken or damaged, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will resend or refund.

Please include your order number. If you can, include photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
